Aon’s European study of Global Benefits practices, Aon Global Benefits Survey 2015 A European Perspective, had participation from over 180 multinationals and provided rich insight into how organisations are managing employee benefits around the world.
 
The study was aimed at pension, benefits or broader rewards professionals working in Europe and representing major multinational organisations.

The overall aim of the study was to gain insight into global employee benefit trends and practices at these companies.

The study attracted nearly 200 participants representing major organisations around the world and in a mix of global roles at European organisations and regional roles at US or other International organisations.
